Three comments about mistaken KKK sighting at Oberlin

Oberlin: A farm club for tomorrow's limousine liberals.  They wear their causes like twinkly bling, paid for by Daddy, Mommy and Uncle Sam.

Speaking of great acts of carnage, Mao Tse Tung was responsible for the death of approximately one million per year, during the 41 years he was China's kingpin (1945-76). Estimates vary, but 40,000,000 deaths is about the average estimate.

Oops!  Mistake in the above post: Mao was in charge of China for 31 years, not 41 years, so he killed well over a million per year.  My bad. BTW, I read that the all-time champ at killing his own, in terms of percentage of countrymen snuffed, was Pol Pot of Cambodia. Pol killed 21 percent of Cambodians in a four-year time span (1.7 million, 1975-79). And the way in Pol snuffed them was way more brutal, overall, than Mao. I will leave the grisly details for the curious to google.
