Geoff is a human being, and as such, he bound to get a few things a bit wrong. Big effing deal! Da Vinci certainly had a few bum brushstrokes here and there. Who cares?
Geoff Emerick is one of the many factors of the "perfect storm" (perfect ambrosia?) that was the Beatles: the crystal-clear passion, marketing sense, and unimpeachable character of Brian Epstein; the flexibly receptive, yet schoolmaster-like discipline of George Martin; the amazing loyalty of Alistair Taylor...and so on. It was like the set of conditions that enabled the ignition of the Sun. Wow! We are anointed by having the amazing good fortune to be in the temporal vicinity of this pristine event known as the Beatles.
